We want you to love everything you order from Brezier. If something isn’t quite right, our return and exchange policy ensures a smooth process for you.

Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in their original, unused condition, complete with any tags and packaging.

How to Make a Return – Step by Step

  1. Contact Us: Email info@brezier.com to request a return form and the return address.
  2. Prepare Your Items: Repack your items securely, ideally in their original packaging.
  3. Ship Back the Return: Use a trackable shipping method to send the package. Keep your tracking information until we confirm receipt.
  4. Refund or Exchange: After we receive and inspect your items, we’ll process your refund.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within up to 14 business days of receiving your return. Once approved, we’ll send you a confirmation email, and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your items.

Non-Returnable Items
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage are not eligible for returns. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us at info@brezier.com for clarification.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. However, you can always return your order within 30 days and place a new order for your desired product.

Received Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If your item arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong product, email us at info@brezier.com with a photo and details of the issue. We’ll take care of it promptly.

Non-acceptance of parcels
If a package is delivered to your door or dropped off at a post office, Brezier will assume the cost of delivering the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier. If the package is not accepted, we have the right to deduct 15% from the amount you receive back.

FAQs

When ordered before 5:00PM GMT, orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday). Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 4-6 working days (Monday - Friday).

If your order has not arrived within the expected 4-6 working days (Monday - Friday), please allow an additional 3 working days before reaching out. If further delays occur, contact us at info@brezier.com for assistance.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@brezier.com with photos of the issue. We will promptly resolve it by sending you the correct item.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. No restocking fees apply.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. However, you can always return your order within 30 days and place a new order for your desired product.
