While you're reading your confirmation email, our guys and gals are already getting busy with prepping your stuff for dispatch.

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business (Monday to Friday) days to dispatch the order (you'll be notified and get your tracking code once we do).
  • Delivery Time: 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday) before the order reaches you.

Cancellations

Something came up and you need to cancel? We can definitely do that! Just let us know at info@brezier.com and make sure to do it before we dispatch the order (usually 1-2 days). If you are too late, no need to crack the shits - you can still return it, you'll just have to bear up the return shipping costs.

Wrong / damaged items

The package has arrived, but something's wrong? Usually that's an error on our side - that we pack the wrong size or a different color.

Please reach out to info@brezier.com within 30 days of getting the package. Attach photos, your order number and let us know what's wrong.

Delayed Orders:

Okay, so it should take at most 8 days until your order arrives (let's do the math just in case, max 2 for handling and 6 for transit). If there's a delay (and you're not out in the bush), please wait for 3 extra days and then reach out to us - we'll see what's happening.

FAQs

When ordered before 5:00PM GMT, orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday). Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 4-6 working days (Monday - Friday).

If your order has not arrived within the expected 4-6 working days (Monday - Friday), please allow an additional 3 working days before reaching out. If further delays occur, contact us at info@brezier.com for assistance.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@brezier.com with photos of the issue. We will promptly resolve it by sending you the correct item.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. No restocking fees apply.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. However, you can always return your order within 30 days and place a new order for your desired product.
